Where do you go for ANIME recommendation ?

To you guys who have been a fan of anime for quite a while, I'd like to ask WHERE do you always go for anime or manga recommendations? I mean, what sites, or whether you read reviews of the anime first, or you just watch them at random before finding the ones you like.
For me, lately I have been starting reading reviews from http://animefaqs.org - so, where do you guys go for?

I go to tv-links.co.uk at anime and just phick one.If i find it interesting i watch it.But my tv helpes because i have a anime program.

I usually bug my friends for suggestions or look around on Youtube.

I have actually gotten several good recommendations from people at MyLot. I'm a huge Naruto and Dragonball Z fan, but I'm always looking for other animes to watch. I'll have to check out animefaqs.org though. :)
