arghhhhhhhhhh!!! i have just recently lose weight.. after a year of waiting and hard work..and when i stopped, pppoofff!!!! im back to overeating... i fear of gaining weight all over again although it hasn't happened yet, i have become a paranoid about it asking anyone if i have become fat all over again! gah!! why do things have to be like that? after all those hard work, i am now filling again my stomach??? waaaaaahhh halllpppppp!!
