Money is being wasted on unwanted things.....

There are thousands of people who stay hungry every day all across the world. And the rich and the well off people spend all the money in the most useless manner. I don't say that they shouldn't, but don't you think if we can spend the money on useful things like educating poor people, increasing employment, building shelters, etc. Won't you think spending on education and employment will help more people eat food daily. The famous quote that comes to my mind here is - Don't give a man a fish to eat, teach him how to fish, then he can eat for the rest of his life!!! I would say rather than giving a person food to eat, teach him how to earn that food & we would make his life more fruitful and I am sure we will be able to reduce poverty! What say?
