WHat's the level of your patient from 1 thru 10,?? (((1-bad,,,,10 is good))

I say this with shame.. I guess I have 5. But I dont make decision when Im at the point of 0 patience.I try to recover my patience to the highest level if possible. BUt there are times that I guess there is no way that I can bring it up so I came up to the decision of turning my back. Thats the best thing to do at that moment or else I burst out. I guess we just all have limits in everything.
