Water is the most important nutrients you take in every day.Its fat free,cholesterol-free,low in sodium,and completely without calories.But why we should have our daily 8-10 glasses intake?what are the benefits of water in our body?can u gave me some benefits?

Humans needs water, yes! you need about 8 glasses of water daily. Drinking water is good for health.. daily intake of plain water really helps you to cleanse you body system its also will help your body systems to moistures your skin. I have read from a magazine before.. that drinking plain water in the morning 1 hour before your breakfast is really good for people whom suffer from diabetics. But i really don't know.. how true is that

Thank u so much.It really helps me a lot.Before, i don't drink much water,but now i found out that drinking more water really helps my body to be fit and healthy.Is drinking more water can help lose weight? is it true?

I drink lots of water, tons of it. The only other thing that I will drink if I had to choose is sweet tea. I never was a tea drinker until I moved here, and as you know, all tea is sweet tea in the South! I bring a bottle of water to work everyday. Typically about a 9-12 oz bottle and that's about all I drink on a daily basis. I only like deer park bottled water. I do want to get a water filter pitcher, but I doubt I'll drink anymore water than the normal when I'm at work. My water intake is usually about 64 or more ounces a day, but lately I've been slacking. I really feel it when I go outside though.

I have been on a diet that requires you to drink at least 128 ounces of water per day. It was hard to get use to. Now that I have I feel so much better. I feel like my legs don't swell and I don't feel as bloated since I go to the bathroom so much. This is how water has helped me. I lost 12 pounds in ten days drinking water and just cutting back on carbs and calories.

Water helps to move waste through the body. I know somebody who has been terribly constipated for a week now with abdominal pain and bloating and some vomiting. The doctor says that the problem was caused by not drinking enough water.

Please refer to my discussion topic HOW MUCH WATER ONE SHOULD DRINK IN A DAY. It has received 800 responses and there are wonderful contribution from expert-mylotians. Accordingly, one should consume between 2 to 3 litres of water everyday. This eill enable a person to get rid of his unwanted toxins and keep his skin neat, one can get rid of some sort of headaches, one will be very cheerful throughout the day. Thanks and have a nice day.
