Does MyLot's Blog Help Your Actual Blog?

Hello. I have yet to use the blog option on MyLot. At first I did not quite understand it. I guess I thought that you could set up a blog through mylot but I am finding out that you have to have a blog somewhere else and add its information onto mylot. My question is: have you received more traffic from my lot? Second question: are you getting more comment spam? Third question: is it beneficial to setup your blog through mylot?

I have a blog in mylot blog section. But I would say mylot blog section is acting more like a directory. You have your own blog and then submit it to mylot. So far, I don't see an increase in traffic (it's not really helping or I write something not really interesting - I don't know). But if you have a blog already, it doesn't hurt to put it in there. I don't notice having more spams. Hope it helps.

Hi there! Thanks for letting me know about it. I appreciate your reply. I think that I will add my blog to mylot and see what happens. I am glad that you are not getting more spam too. I noticed in the search engines that there are some spam websites that are linked to terms found in Mylot so that they can get traffic and just want to make sure those guys don't find me. Well, if they want to spam, they will find you sooner or later, but I just want to make sure I don't make it easy for them. So what I think I will do is try to list one of my smaller blogs to see what happens. Thanks so much!

Hi there. I am glad that I am not the only one asking such a question. So I have one person who answered and this seems to make sense. So tell me, have you put up a blog yet?
