I am new - how's this work?

I've just stumbled across this site whilst browsing the internet this afternoon and all of the info given is really a bit vague in terms of earnings. Could anyone please just leave a response letting me know what they know about it and how it all works? I'm having a great time posting and replying so far, so think I'd return just to see what's going on with everyone else, but it's always nice to have a little extra in your pocket, isn't it?
