What type of movie or movie genre can you not stand?

To be honest, I'm just not that big on romantic comedies. I usually find them trite and predictable and they rarely hold my interest. The plot is usually basically the same and there is no suspense to them
Of course there is always an exception here and there. I will admit that I thought Bridget Jones Diary was a cute movie and a decent adaptation of the book :-)

I'm pretty much up for almost any genre of film if the movie sounds like something that would interest me. For the most part, I don't watch that many westerns. I really only like westerns that are more like Deadwood, with boom towns and law men over the type with cowboys. Usually I am pretty surprised when I watch a western that I can sit through.
Oh, and I know this isn't much of a genre, but I can't stand Godzilla movies. My boyfriend loves them, but I would rather be clipping my toe nails or some other horribly boring and mundane thing rather than watch those movies.

Horror. I dislike this kind of movie because its just so artificial. And in most of these movies, the suspense is quite predictable. I feel like they're just fooling me as I watch that whole thing. That's just how I feel anyway.

I intensely dislike horrors! Especially when the blood and gore looks so unreal.

There is no special kind OR gener of films that I don't like all films that I'd like in special. For me the more we should have a nice storyline, the direction should be good the story could be very common but if the acting is good then it does have the ability to attract the viewers and I want that only. Sometimes good movies are made from a simple themes and that is the magic of good direction and good acting. You don't need with the good storylines to produce great movies it is a simplicity in the whole is that attracts the users or rather the viewers and that makes the movie attractive and good. All classic movies are based on very simple themes yet the very complex in direction in all other respects. So I like all good movies movies which gives you something to think about but he is I don't like action movies too much because they don't have much to think about to understand its pure violence in nothing else which is of no use.
