Do you remember the first plant,tree or bush that you put in your garden?

What was the first plant that started you off in your gardening?As for me it was 2 white english rose bushes.:)

Hi there. I remember when I was younger, my mom took us out the back yard to plant a macademia nut tree, and this tree lives today, we eat from it, when they are ready and ripe for the picking...
