Will avoiding breakfast help me to reduce the weight?

In short period my weight increased 10kgs. Now a days i am not taking food regularly. For the past few days, i avoid breakfast in the morning. Will it help me to reduce my weight? Is there any other way to reduce my weight? I dont have time to do excercise also.

I have actually read that breakfast can help you lose weight. The reasoning is that when you wake up you need to eat something to boost up your rate of metabolism, since when you sleep it slows down. So my recommendation is not to skip breakfast! If you want to skip something, skip dinner, or at least decrease the amount of food you eat.

Absoutely.. not. Reducing you food wont reduce your weight. Avoid only the fat contents that will help you.

Reducing weight does not mean you should avoid eating. You should be on diet, avoid eating such foods like oily, fat foods which contribute to the weight and create health problems. Acordingly to ulcer specialists, if you do not eat, the stomach will eat you.
