Doing a job that you like is more important than earing money

Sorry my dear friend, I laugh out loud...my brain having shock circuit and surge of power, my blood stop streaming as look closely to the EARING MONEY....e a r i n g? But it's OK as I got what you mean about your topic. Earning figure must take first as to commensurate with the out going energy that used for working. i do think that except for money,there are money things concerned about your job. some jobs are highly paid,but the boss is irrational,the colleagues around you are difficult to get along with,the enviroment sucks.......i 'd like to choose the job which interests me a lot.in this condition, you are not forced to work,you do it active and positive.you are happy and efficient.

Yes, i agree, the job we do must be firstly out of free will and no complusion, secondly it must be because we like it, thirdly the work conditions should be good with a good group of people around, there should be proper respect and mutual understanding. Money mnatter of course, but that would not be the only thing i see and take up the job. I too would see the other aspects first and later see the money, as you rightly said, money will come and go, but proper working conditons are more important because we have to stay in the work place for long hours and if those are'nt good then that will effect us. Also when we leave work and return home, if the working conditions arent good at work, and if weve taken a job for just money and are bearing torture in th work place, then wed be very stressed out, tensed, frustrated and this we would carry with us at home, and ther is bound to be unpleasantries at home too . So i think that more than money we need a proper woking environment, which keeps us happy and satisfied.
