Managers should also be execellent psychologists

I do this is better to handle those co-workers without hurting them and making them more effective workers. This is a real capability of managers to manager the organisation more profitablly and effectively. Hope they have to take more psychological approach. The organisational behavioural appraoch. Any way these marketing managemetn stuff may last until the manager uses his common sense more properly.

A manager works by management skills. And management skills actually appraised by EFFICIENCY. What is an efficiency? Efficiency is having HIGH out put at LOW input. To be a quality manager, there are a lot of keys to success and there are; Managing 1. resources 2. cahflow operation 3. human resource 4. clients 5. opportunity 6. teamwork 7. leverage 8. public relations 9. orders and laws 10.future business plan and forecasting. Thats all fom me for now.

You mean excellent? Yes, it's true but most company doesn't required a good psychologist to hire a manager. Maybe it's good to say that a manager must know how to handle his subordinates, that's more easy to have.
