I am putting this up mainly out of curiousity! is there anyone else out there that did something really odd after being influenced by a cartoon?

Sure, I shot myself out of a giant sling shot while wearing skates. Still didn't catch that road runner because the road curved & I went over a cliff. Get serious If your foolish enough to be influenced by a carton you need to go over that cliff.

i think it can and can be not. it depends on how the person handle his attraction to cartoons.

Yeah atleat i try to imitate some of the cartoons from amangement and IT. I think people tend to incline based on their interests. I don't think it is bad on the part of cartoons.

well.. as far as i remember i was obsessed to watch cartoons but i didnt do anything odd. and i have said goodbye to cartoons since long. but nowadays, i v seen kids fighting each other shouting things and stupid incantations from those big-eyed, stupid looking japanese cartoons. i was shocked to see a cartoon named 'ultimate muscle' on the cartoon network which just show wrestlers fighting and beating up each other badly. i mean, cmon. cartoons are meant for kids to have fun and/or at the same time make them learn about good things, not violence.

Ha ha! Cartoons! I really do not think cartoons can have a bad influence on anybody. Well, there is always this argument about cartoons being a bad influence on children but i really do not think so. I see children enjoying the cartoons and they know that what they are seeing are cartoons. I, being an adult, still like to see cartoons for the lovely graphics. I can see the efforts they have put over the graphics part and to see it on the screen successfully is a bright thing.
