What's up with the tatoos on womens lower back?

I've been seeing quite a few women with tatoos on their lower back so much so that you can also see something else.I really don't want to see that either.It's like their trying to make a big deal out of it.Why do they have to flaunt it so much.It's so gross.

I also see a lot of women with tatoos on there lower back. I no a friend that I work with that just got a tatoo on her lower back a week ago and she just loves it.
I dont think there is anuything wrong with it just as long as its not to large of a tatoo. I see more and more young girls doing this also in kansas.
