help in buying a new computer

Hi friends, i am not very much aware of the latest trends, i am buying a new p.c my budget is R.S40,000 so can you please tell me which computer will be better,
Or wheather i should go for desktop or laptop, please help me

you can buy a fast PC for a low budget of $320 to $350... if you are on a tight budget you can use motherboards with built 3D accelerator like Redfox MoBo with built-in 256MB Nvidia card and you can use CRT monitor instead of LCD.
