How do you take care of your feet specially? Or you don't really care? These days I have been thinking I should really take good care of my feet as I have rough feet due to those fabulous high heel shoes. I start thinking of buying a special foot cream and moisturize them intensely, I am thinking of some other ways to pamper the feet too. What do you usually do when it comes to taking care of your feet?

Hello wondericequeen, I had a varicose veins last time due to high heels and pregnancy. After giving birth, my skin gets a bit dry and I need to moisturize it more often. I always soak my feet in a hot water once a while if I feel that my feet are very tired. I use a foot cream and when my husband was around last time, I asked him to do a foot massage for me *laughs*

I use pumice stones and moisturizer to take care of my feet. I also like getting pedicures every 6 weeks. I really like the foot cream from Aveda...its super moisturizing and it helps with cell turnover.

nothing really special, I put on lotion,(body butter from Victoria's secret)and that was it, I just make sure I apply it twice, on morning and before sleeping,I think it makes my feet softer.

I try to take care of my feet. I don't have much time, so I use foot peeling once a week or more often. Than I put some foot cream and my feet stay quite smooth. Second thing is painting my nails. I like to do this, because withuot painting they don't look so pretty.

Yes I need to also. When I was younger it seems I only had to run the pumice once and a wile to keep them smooth but lately they hav been more rough. I read in a japenese beauty book thet geishas used Umeboishi pickled plums to keep them smooth in this manner, you soak the plums chaging the water for 2 days as they are salted. Then drain, now fill the jar with water again and allow to soak for 2 weeks or so, after this can be applied with cotton to corn a coolouses to smooth them! Also a suger scrub can be made from some olice oil and sugar. I need to make time to apply the knowlwdge myself. I just try to keep them painted, but mine definetly need regular pampering!
