Do you have any apartman or house, you are renting out.What you you like to have?
I have been dreaming to buy few apartmans in my country and then rent them out.It s not only good money, but also somebody will care about your real estate, if you don't live there, unless they damage it.

Only one small house. I like to have one house at Beverly Hills in LA and that is my dream. Yes talking about real estate I would like to have one plantation estate. Even though not yet dreaming about what type of plantation on that area but it is one of my big dream. How is about your big dream?

Sometime in the near future I would like to obtain apartments too. But I will probaly try getting big apartment buildings. So I could have a property manager managing all my apartment buildings. And all I would have to do is collect checks. Sounds sweet doesn't it?
