Youtube query - how long does it take for a video to be processed/approved?

I just uploaded my first video onto youtube and it says
Broadcast: Public | Uploaded (processing, please wait)
How long does it take for the video to be processed and available to be viewed by public?

Exactly it will take 15 minutes and whatever video uploaded it be in flashvideo(FLV)FORMAT
