Are you really ready for Winter?
Do you ever have that feeling that it is going to be a bad day? Well I have the feeling it is going to be bad season. All the snow that we are going to get I have a feeling that it is going to be a lot this year.
I hate Winter for the plain and simple fact that as soon as the first snow flake falls people forget how to drive. They have had 3 seasons to forget, and they don't remember to back off a bit and give a little more room for error. It seems like there are more accidents in this season, not because of road conditions, but because people don't leave enough room for human error. They seem to still ride peoples butts on the road not thinking hey it may be icy and if they were to stop suddenly that would be the end of it.
Are you ready for winter? Do you leave room for error, or are you one of those that completely goes blank when it comes to remembering how to drive in the Winter?

We get the same thing when it rains after a long dry spell - the roads are greasy and slippery for a bit and people have prangs galore!
I was cutting firewood yesterday and sweating as I did it. When I burn those logs I will remember working with hardly any clothes on in the hot sun and that will make me feel better.
Got to run my generator soon in case we have power cuts.
Luckily, we rarely get snow, but when we do, all hell lets loose on the roads.

I feel ya, it always feels better knowing that you worked hard to get that huh?
After the rain too it is slick, crazy drivers only make it worse.. Thank you for posting, and taking the time to read this
