Could it be a homicide????

In 1998, my brother supposedly commited suicide, the reason I say "supposedly" is because of the way the investigation went and also the fact that at the time, his wife worked for the Sheriff of the County's wife(funny huh?). Anyway, the investigation only lasted an hour and a half and the case was determined to be a suicide, this is before any results came back from the toxilogy report or the gun powder residue kit. I have a copy of the autopsy report which states on it that my brother's gun powder residue kit showed that it could not be proven that he shot the gun or even held the gun for sure, it was inconclusive. Now, just this past week, his widow(that has remarried twice since his death), was living with a guy and he dies in his sleep(and we are not talking about an older person who would die of natural causes)so, could someone please tell me if there is a way that I could somehow get my brothers suicide case reopened and his widow examined a little closer than she was during the first death that happened in her presence? oh, by the way when my brother passed she called her Mom before they called an ambulance for him, she never cried during the whole ordeal and also her story changed several times when she tried to tell what happened on that night? Coincidence, I think not!

I'm sorry for your lost. I would probably get my whole family together, some people who knew him and go to the police or detectives office and try and prove your case, but just make sure you have some sort of proof because if not they will look at you like you're crazy. GOOD LUCK
