When you're driving late for work or school but you are caught in a heavy traffic, what do you do to keep you calm and cool and avoid shouting at other motorists?
i can't keep calm when i will be late to work in the morning and there is a heavy traffic, then i maybe quarrel with others, if they say something that i don't like to hear.
sometimes i will go out of my car, and walk to my school, because i am not a patient girl, i perfer go to my school.

learn to ways of a mature person by just letting it be.If you are astuck in traffic are already late in office or school, would your ranting and raving help you get there on time? I do not thinks so, it would only add to your stress and making your blood pressure soar to a limit where there is no turning back, and verbally abusing other people because of our selfish motives,like a baby crying not having his/her candy.I would say in conclusion, learn how to deal with it because it is part of everyday living.

That's how to do it. I also live a life where I live it just one day at a time. If I have been in a jam due to construction etc I just think to myself that it will disperse in it's own time so let it be.

I myself avoid the highwats and any other heacvily
traveled roads during rush our to avoid the traffic
jams so I don't face these issues. Hee hee!
