yes, i had one a few years ago. one day, i was working in my office, then one of my colleagues called me out , then i followed him. and he blamed me why i let the customer go to his office, and he said some bad words to me, and went away. i had no chance to make an explanation, then i felt very angry, and i gave him a a call about the reason, then he said sorry to me, but i said 'go away', then i quit my job. my friend think i' m a stupid girl. how can i blame my department manage? but is it ok for him to blame me without asking any reason?
