i want to know that how can i earn money with its help. does it require my blog to be famous. I don't have a blog till now. If i start a blog today then will payperpost.com accept my blog even if it doesn't have traffic? And does my earnings by payperpost depend on the number of visitors of my blog? What is the minimum amount i can get? and finally are there any other sites like it?

I haven't yet jumped on the blog bandwagon, but have looked at the pay per post guidelines, which answer the majority of your questions. The most successful blog is going to be one with traffic and an established blog is more likely to generate that trafic than one you start today.
