I took care of my grandma when she was terminally ill. Along with my mom, uncle, aunt and hospice. She was terminally ill for 18 months and bed ridden. At first they told us she only had a few weeks, we were lucky to have her around for so long. And i miss her every single day.

I guess it would be giving hope to a friend who seems lost and without hope.

I've helped my mom around the house, and help with my sister.

For myself, it was discovering love once again after I'd lost my first love to a car accident.
To others, well I really don't know, the usual charities, the usual helping out people, I did save soemone life though, pushd her out of the way of a speeding car and suffered a few bruises myself in the process.

Oooh, quite a thinker....hmmm...
I guess giving my daughter up for adoption to my best friend and her husband when they had miscarried nine times has to be the nicest thing I have ever done for someone.
