Funny bone

When something tickles your funny bone, do you laugh out loud without a care in the world or do you just laugh softly. I laugh showing all my teeth, good, bad and ugly. lol.How about you guys. Do you think it unladylike to laugh aloud. I cannot control my mirth and have a full go at it.
