Being a fan of Terry Pratchetts marvellous Discworld series, I thought I would ask all you wonderful MyLot users if there are any other fans out there and if so, have you read the entire series end to end, Have you perhaps just come upon the series and have been hooked straight away. Who is your favourite character and why and which of the books are your favourite? I've been reading Discworld now for 9 years and I love it as much now as when I first read colour of magic. I've read every single book in the series including the ones about tiffancy aching that were meant for younger readers lol. My favourite book has to be Thud! mainly because Sam Vimes is my favourite character and because he's getting to grips with having young sam. I think just about every parent could sympathise with him when he went mental when he thought he was going to miss his 6 o clock reading of where's my cow, I know I certainly did and I got so into the story that I actually started willing him on so that he could get home in time. so ladies and gents, tell me what you think!
