The Level Where We Live

What are we putting in our bodies, and what can we do about it? A Doctor friend of mine got me interested in the alternative health movement years ago, and one of the things he always explained to me is ..."we live on a celluar level." Our health depends in large part, on what is happening to our cells. Does anyone else know more about this, or is anyone interested in trading ideas and experience?

It sounds like solid thinking, as our bodies are comprised of cells. If you maintain the cells you maintain the body, it really does make good sense. I am not living a cellular friendly lifestyle, but I have been worried about the things that go in our bodies also. About 2 years ago we cut out most of the prepackaged food we eat. It doesn't sound like much, but cutting out preservatives, dyes, and artificial flavorings has done a lot for our family. There are occasions when we relapse and have a frozen pizza, but those days are few and far between. We try to eat fresh if possible, and frozen if fresh isn't obtainable. We try to stay away from canned and boxed foods completely. We are even moving toward more organic food choices too. We will buy organic fresh veggies, organic fruits, and organic sauces if we don't have time to make our own. I just can't stand the thought of my children eating those things. If you can preserve a box of anything for 5 years on a shelf, what are those components doing to your body? Even if we aren't doing our bodies any good, it still tastes a lot better!

Great to hear there are those concerned out there! One of the things that has always bothered me is, is it possible to avoid all toxicity? With the environment as it is, and our lifestyles, I don't think we can. Have you found anything to remove toxins from the cells? The best thing I have found so far is at http://www.daveandkaren.jurak.com what have you found that works? All the Best. David
