In it company, there are a lot of work to do, sometimes you must work overtime to finnish it. in other company, do you usually work overtime?

Hello rollerskating friend. I don't work in a company, but in a school, yet I also work overtime a lot. But if it is arranged by the school, we are paid for the overtime work. It seems to be very normal for staff who work in companies to work overtime as I get to know this from my students working there, but they do get paid for it.
