What do you do with your 5 or 10 cents?

Everytime I go to a grocery store I always end up having loose change. The commodities are usually priced at $___.95. Do you keep those 5 or 10 cents? or you just use them to buy something?

I always put my loose change in a coffee can. It adds up pretty fast depending on how much change you have.
