spontaneity?

are you a spontaneous person? or do you really plan what to do the whole day? do you start your day writing or thinking what you would do down to the last second of the day? or do you just go and do what you feel and what to do? I go to job everyday but after work I just do what I want to do and I dont plan about it, whether I play basketball or badminton or anything, or perhaps I just spend time with my family or son. are you flexible with your schedule?
