well i recently bought a medicine from a pharmacy here in melbourne, australia. to my shock it was expired and i noticed it only after consuming several doses. i dont know how far off should this sort of a matter be taken, should such a thing be reported to the consumer rights office or someone or should i just go back to the pharmacy and ask for a refund. some people have even asked me to the sue the pharmacy. what would you all suggest?

Yes you absolutely should report to the consumer rights. If u happen to have a lawyer friend, u might want to ask ur friend if u can get some "compensation" on that - but always check first - you dont want to end up paying more for lawyer than the compensation you getting. That is secondary. Most important is to report to consumer association... cheers... myhandbaghaven.blogspot.com
