Do you thrive on chaos?

Do you like your life when things are uncertain? Do you prefer to live your life, not knowing from one week to the next what will happen? Do you thrive on uncertainty and chaos? Definitely I used to be that kind of person. For years my life was very unstable and I moved around very often. It's not a situation that could be helped. If you can't find a job in one location, you have to be willing to travel or learn to live without money. And, in this very expensive world, that's not usually an option. So, most of my life was chaotic, constantly packing and unpacking boxes; making plans that had to be quickly discarded; finding friends and then leaving them; trying to grow roots in one spot and then yanking them up to move on. After awhile it's the only life that I knew and I felt like I thrived on it. I guess you could say that I thrived on chaos and uncertainty. But, when my daughter came along, all that changed. Suddenly, I felt compelled to do things I'd never even contemplated, like find a nice big home where she could flourish; put down permanent roots; open a business and basically become a regular citizen. I guess having kids will do that to you sometimes. Now, the only chaos is caused by the little kid. She is like a whirlwind rushing through the house, unsettling all the papers as she goes. But, that is a happy kind of chaos. Not unpredictable at all! So, do you think that you thrive on chaos and uncertainty? Have you ever lived through a space of time where your life was chaotic, but happy? Do you think that chaos is necessary for progress? Or, is it just too disruptive?

I hate uncertainty it makes me upset and nervous.I like change and doing things different even if you get the same results but drama has never been my thing.

Oh no no! I definitely like stability. I am a planner by nature. I've always found it somewhat difficult to adjust to sudden changes. I need to prepare myself in advance. My husband on the other hand, thrives on change. He is very spontaneous. We tend to equal eachother out most of the time which is good.
