Firefox is turning into a real hassle!

When you boot up your computer and sign onto the Internet, do you always tell Firefox (Mozilla) to start a new session or do you use the previous session so that you will have the same windows open? Personally, I would prefer to start a new session each time I use Firefox, just to avoid problems that may have been encountered with the previous session. Most times when my computer freezes up, it's because some website is trying to download spy ware onto my system. And, so instead of dealing with them, I click the restart button and reboot my computer. Only when I try to sign onto the Internet again, using Firefox, it always asks me if it can restart my previous session with all the Windows intact. And, you know what happens when you click that button, the same defective, computer crashing sites pop right back up and you're in the same situation again. Why would I want to go through that hassle again? Needless to say, that annoying Firefox pop-up has taken me by surprise on more than one occasion. And often I will end up clicking the wrong button before I realize what it is and then end up in the same situation again with all the defective windows trying to download spyware onto my system, all over again! Why can't it simply let me go online without the big deal of restoring my windows or asking me if I want them restored?

will I think it is not a problem with the application that is Firefox but it is because of a few one is by spy programmes which might have got into your computer and now the giving a problem. I would recommend you downloading a piece of which can scan for such Trojans and also remove them so that you can get a clean computer and then let me tell you you won't face a problem with Firefox. And the rest assured Firefox is not a programme which leads to crashing computers or hangups because it is a very stable browser as well as it uses less RAM memory when you compare it to Internet Explorer although you have opened a lot of tabs. Sodownload the software which will clean up the spiders and Trojans and your problem will be solved at think.

Why dont you try to clear cache of your firefox browser and turn on popup blocker as well. It is all in the Tools Options menu and dont forget to install antispyware

I rarely happens to me so I have no problems at all with firefox. In fact, I can't stand internet explorer as it is slower based on experiences and due to the way they handle the connections with web pages and servers. But for you case, there must be some page that is trying to load up or display something that your system or browser cannot handle and hence the crash when you restore it. You definitely have spyware on your computer as I find that firefox is pretty effective in preventing pop-ups and such.

if firefox asks me that question, I'd choose restore previous session. I usually have many tabs opened and if suddenly my firefox crash, I'd like to resume back to what I was doing. Usually if it does crash, I'll restore the session and after that everything seems to be ok, no more problems though. unless i don't want to continue what i was previously doing on firefox then i'll just start a new session.

It is just natural that firefox will ask you to start new session or restore your last session if the firefox was terminated unexpectedly.. Be sure to close the program not while running the firefox then reboot.

Doesn't the new IE do something similar? Personally, I like being asked. Something else may crash my PC but I still want my internet search.
