Do you think Whoopi Goldberg brings a happy carisma to the show "VIEW"?

What is your take on Whoopi hosting the View?Do you find shes easy going and friendly?

Considering her first day she was defending Michel Vic's dog fighting because it was native to the south where he's from , I don't like it. Its illegal here too for a reason. We don't support it. I hope she comes up with more thoughtful stuff to bring to the table before she makes an even more complete fool of herself.

This is what everyone was talking about here!Michel Vic.I didnt know why they were talking about this person so much and who he is!I had missed a couple of days of the show,i guess i missed something quite important!What was he doing,having dog fights?(I REALLY HATE THIS!!DOG FIGHTS)I wanted to respond to some of them but didnt know whats happening.:)OOPS.

Apparently he was the ringleader & financial backer of a major dogfighting ring. They found several dogs & corpses on his property. Yet Whoopie had the nerve to defend him saying it was because of "Regional" influences.

I've always liked Whoopi in her movies although I don't watch the view. I was awfully shocked and upset that she was excusing Micheal Vick's behavior in the recent dog fighting indictment by saying it was common down South. I'm not from the South though I've lived in Texas and now live in Southern Missouri but even if dogfighting is done I doubt hanging, beating, starving and drowning the dogs is part of it and if it is...it should be stopped too. I'm sick that ppl would think this is a sport of any sort...I think it's cruel and horrible. AT PEACE WITHIN ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~
