Upload experience

Being a regular youtube user, and being into music myself, i came across this new site called thebandsaid.com. I think the concept is nice because the platform is exclusive for bands to upload their videos. They even have channels for instructional videos. I haven't signed-up as a member though it's free. Can anybody share their upload experiences and the site experience as a whole? :)
