Have you ever faced hostility either at home or your work place? How can one deal with it -- should one go to the management or just ignore it?

It depends. sometimes i would do sth to make the misunderstanding clear.i am a considerate person,i do things on the side of the people who around me,i usually take their feelings into account.if my deeds bring sb's hostility, that would be some misunderstandings.but sometimes,i just let it go,ignore it,people would find out the truth one day.

You have great faith in people - that is good and I hope no one ever has any misunderstandings for you.

If there are some hostility , i will try my best to cancel it. Beacause i am the person to persue perfect. The hostility will make me sad , i will solve it as soon as possible. But i come to realize that i cannot cancel all the hostility . I will try my best to do it .

i don't think, the best way is to ignore hostility. if you ignore it, then you give those people the chance to continue their hostile work on you. so the best way is to solve the cause of that hostility. if at work place, you try to know why that happens and find the solutions to it and if you've done your best and it still persist, then you report to management. if at home, you can take it to family members to help or you can report to the police to take action after you've tried your own witful ways to solve it.
