This is the age of luxeries. Human body is designed to work hard. man is not supposed to sit in one place and enjoy the luxeries which is all that is happening in todays life. Look at the air conditioned offices where people just sit in fronmt of the computer and work whole day. They dont even walk one mile in a day. We need to make sure that we Perspire at least once in a day. At least that much of an exercise should be given to the muscles everyday. If this does not happen surely the body will degenerate and metabolic diseases come up early in their life. for example Blood pressure is due to the malfunction of the body to regulate the pressure of blood in our arteries which hapenns due to lack of exercise. Exercise helps in regulation the cholestrol levels of the body. Since during exercise fats and cholestrol get used up. Also during exercise the muscles do not need insulin to take up glucose from the blood hence the pancreas get relief and there is much less incidence of Diabetes in people who exercise regularly. In conclusion, Man is not designed to rest and enjoy whole day. It needs to perspire if it wants to be healthy.

Actually when I reached the age of 30 I already start experiencing aches and pains all over, fatigue, and prehypertension. I guess it's because of many factors like pollution, our place is not as clean as before, the water , the air are contaminated. Also we don't really take care of ourselves well, we don't exercise, eat the proper diet, we eat commercialized food with so many preservatives and I'm guilty of that.
