Spray Lotion Sunblock vs. Continious Spray Sunblock

Do you know that the FDA now recommends that all sunblock made is at least 50 spf or above. The 30 or 45 is not acceptable. Which do you use and which of the above do you thinks works the best? I prefer the continious spray which allows you to cover every part of skin. The only problem is that it is expensive and runs out too quick. I really like it because the kids aren't complaining when you have to put it on. Please voice your opinion and which product do you think is the best for your family?
