I live in a country which has different types of climates in different parts geographically. So, there is a major chance for drought as the number of active rivers are less. So, i think rain water saving is very essential. About four or five years back, the government enforced a rule that everyone must install a plant in their terrace or any suitable area and then on the water table under the ground has raised. I dont know what generally people do in other countries. May i know all your practices?

Well, that is very interesting to hear. I don't think I've heard anything like it before. As far as I know, I don't think we save the rain water here in the USA. But, maybe some people just do it for the fun of it or something.

I am from India. I used to collect rain water during the rainy season. I like taking bath in the rain water. I have read somewhere that rain water helps to cure skin diseases and helps to increase our skin beauty. I am thinking of buying a rain water system in the future when I can afford it.
