Recently i read in a book that after eating, you are not supposed to go for a walk because when you walk, the organs in your body spend energy in doing that and the digestive system gets less energy. So, it digests very slowly. There you have a problem. How about you?

After eating dinner or lunch... i usually stay put because if i walk immediately the side where my apendix is located would hurt really bad... so i have to wait like 13 to 30 minutes before a go about my chore or run errands after eating..

Well, I don't think I have heard of this one before. But, I like just sitting down after eating and not really do much of walking. I get too tired to go there, anyhow.

We have a saying here. If you go for a walk after eating, you will live until 99 years old. That means to say that walking after a meal is very healthy. However, we don't do it. After dinner, usually we will busy with washing the dishes, watching TV, playing with our child and having a bath.

according to my suggestion you should not walk immediately.. you shoul rest for at least 15 to 20 minutes and then walk as you want
