for me killing human is a great sin to the heavenly creator.....before the government of philippines used to kill some people who have sins like rape,killing,robbery, etc but it was being stopped by religious firms.So it means that it is not allowed by the church.What if someone kills a person who have 10% chance to live in this world is it a sin too......if that person not be killed he will suffer the pain for a couple of time.....i think thats no more a sin....
