a) butter packets are kept on your table b) when jam bottle is kept on your table Do you just take the prepared toast with limited butter and limited jam as prepared by your wife? I do take a lot of butter and jam is the choice is mine. YOu know it is temptation which I cannot resist.

lol..As long as you are burning out the extra calorie you can pamper yourself in it. I just love toast and butter with pepper sprinkles. Sometimes i spread both butter and jam - it gives a sweet and buttery taste. However, I am curtailing on butter intake. It's hard but i must do it since i am not much of a excercise person.

Generally speaking, people often quote saying : I am earning my bread and butter but not jam, meaning to say they are not lucky enough to earn as much as they want. Eating jam it is better to consume in limited quantity, because it contains a lot of sugar which one should aovoid to postpone the diabetes.

More Butter means more problems isn't it. I totally avoid using the butter, but we make rice cakes, I use little butter for it. We can enhance our life by 5 years, if oil, butter, ghee are kept away from our day to day food I was told by my grandmother.

Sorry I put the wrong tag on. It should have been "butter and jam preferences".

That is great. In many places, where butter is used is when the child is undernourished. They want to pump in more butter and more ghee, because it is believed in our communities that ghee andbutter add to the health and vitality.

When I eat bread, I just eat it without putting anything on it. I eat bread with some milk. Sometimes I drink orange juice or tea instead.

That is great. You are really resisting the temptation of taste of butter, jam or some other equivalent material, which most people would like to have.

I use one butter package per a slice of bread, but I can use one jam packet for two slices. In some cases, I might use two butter if the bun is large enough because I have to have it spread right to the edge. We do not have jam bottles here in restaurants, they usually put them in packets. I guess they think someone is going to use almost all the jam. When we are home, I just put the jam jar on the table, but we use a spoon to dish it out so we do not get crumbs.
