Online income schemes - A disappointment for Asians

After going through several web sites, forums, and online directories, the conclusion which I have reached to is that earning money online is only effective and fruitful for the residents of the western countries like USA. Also the Australians and Europeans have good opportunities. But countries like India have a hard luck there. Most of the survey programs, click-earn , paid to read programs etc. are all intended for the mainly the US citizens. Have the Asians not a chance?
