if you are the doctor- how would you tell your patient or to the family that he or she is dying? if you are the patient- would you like to know the truth or not?why?

It depends on the patient's mentality. If s/he got a hard nurve, I would certainly tell it to him/her but obviously in a light way so that he dont get shoked. It is good I think because he may need to do some works before dying such making a will or visiting a place where he had a dram to go. But if s/he is a mentally weak person, I wouldnt certainly tell him/her that s/he is dying. He may die after 3 months but my news may cause his dying instantly by shock! If I am the patient, I would certainly like to know the truth. I belive that everyone have to leave this world one day and that is the universal truth.
