Fitness advise

Looking to buy an elliptical trainer for about $1,000.00 price range, for personal use, I'm 52 yoa and in pretty good health, any suggestions on brand name items etc.???.

I would love to find one for under $1000, but there's a lot of warning everywhere against it as they seem to be less reliable at that price range. I am looking at the LifeSpan EX 3 for 1699 because I can get it locally. I feel like I really want to try it first before I commit that much money. The best and best liked ones seem to be Sole or Smooth though. Both of the entry level ones are about 1699ish....Sorry! Good luck.
