I'm not mastering in pictures and photos. But let me guess. I guess for "oil painting" type. And on the left seem like an old women and on the right is an old man. And there is an insert picture exposed as in that old man a young nice and beautiful lady. So it read this way, while that old man looking at the old woman, his mind preoccupied with an imaginary on that old woman when she was a lady. For that picture, we can also interpret as a story between old couple of husband and wife.
