Is it wise to make investment on realpay.com? They give 15% interest on daily.

Hi, One of my friends who is already a member of realpay.com is earning 15% of his investment daily. (eg. if you invest $10, you earn $1.0 as your interest on daily basis) Looks tempting and profitable. My fried says he is earning. Anyone of you out here also the member of this site and getting paid? The offers look too good to be true. Please suggest what i should do.
