I had seen on tv this kind of situation that is why i came up with this discussion.A woman was in debt and borrowed money from her friends. It came to a point that she can't pay the amount which reach to a half a million, because her friends set an interest per day which is unfair because the interest is so high. Now what happened was that she was abducted. Her daughter asked for help of a tv program regarding this matter and the culprit was now facing some charges which then result to life sentence. Is it right to abduct someone just o forced them to pay you? Just in case you are badly needing that money borrowed from you, would you do that?

It is unfair to ask and put or force some one to pay high interests, it is said in the article of the law. 1%-5% will be O.K not 20% for the loan. It is not clever to ask for the loan 20%. It should think about your assets and salary.

I won't do that of course, that is not just fair. Good thing the daughter asked for help. I'm sure the kidnappers learned thier lesson now and one more thing, they lend money with huge interest which is really unbelievable, like the principal amount is only 30,000 then it blew up to 500,000 just because of the interest..:)

hi, No it not right to do that just cuss u owe money. I dont see how a friend can charge interst either. I do think you need to pay your bills but sometimes it is hard to. And how can she pay if they take her?
