So imba... Ion shell + surge/vacuum has the potential for so much damage, and he's an int hero so he can basically spam.
Thoughts?

Dark seer is a great hero but it depends on what kind of lineup you put him in. he used to be very underrated but over the last year he has gotten a lot more use.
