An explanation of the "third person passive" when relating to written English?

I'm not entirely certain what you are asking, but I'll give it a shot. The third person passive in English is basically he, she, or it. In English, you use those words when you are talking about a person or object indirectly. I don't know if that really helps you. It's not that different than most other languages.
